I bought my first new car from dylan lacy at lacy subaru. I went there after numerous subaru owners recommended them to me. I had an outstanding experience, dylan is a wonderful rep, and i LOVE my 24 subaru impreza!
Every time I visit Lacy Subaru to have my 2020 Subaru Forester serviced I am stuck there for two to three hours. When I ask why such a long wait time they always tell me that they only have two mechanics working. If you call for an appointment you better call three to four weeks in advance. Time to hire more mechanics, I think that the volume of business you do warrents it.
Car is fully functioning at the moment. I was mislead about the checklist performed before purchase. Tech admitted the underpowered battery should have been replaced before I received the car. After 4th request computer has been updated, no idea why my request was refused. Seems to be an improvement to it's performance. Asked to have tires rotated since I received a notice. Unfortunately this was overlooked. I will wait till my oil change rather than try again. Courteous staff, always respectful. They try their best to clearly explain the features of the vehicle.
No Subaru dealer is better than Lacy Subaru. Professional, helpful, considerate, always let's you know what is going on. Never makes a repair without notification. Would not go any where else.

Only needed an oil change and after waiting 2.5 hours im told they can do it because of a stripped bolt and they don't have parts to manage.

Took my wife's 2020 Crosstrek in for its 1st service. Oil change and tire rotation. Made an appointment for 9AM. Brought the car in 10 minutes early. Waited over 2 hours to get the car back. Worst service I've ever had at a dealership.
I have had five Subaru and because my job has taken me to different parts of the country, I have dealt with several dealers; however, never with people like the employees at Lacy Subaru, they are always courteous and helpful and make sure to accommodate me even though I had never purchased any of my cars through them.

I found the 2017 Lincoln MKZ on line and I loved it. We had a really great test drive and exploration of all the features of the car. Went to dealership to check out the 2017 Subaru Crosstrek, was introduced to salesman, Kirk McGee. Kirk was great, very knowledgeable and helpful, and not pushy at all. Needed a truck to pull our new travel trailer. Bret went over all the options and tow ratings to help us select the proper vehicle. I have been looking for a Outback for a little over a year and had visited Subaru dealerships in 5 different states and all the ones in the Capital district. Lacy is by far the easiest to work with and find a good balance of giving you space while being supportive.
